New platform simulates disruption, predicts OTIF impact, and optimizes routing and cost-to-serve using real-world signals and advanced AI simulation.
November 11, 2025 — Singapore — The International Trade Council (ITC) today announced a $3,000,000 Series A investment in Prenue Venture Studios LLC (T/A “ETA Sentinel”), an AI-native “digital twin” platform for trade lanes and logistics planning. The round includes participation from His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, a cornerstone investor supporting next-generation infrastructure for supply chain resilience and trade reliability.
ETA Sentinel is designed for organizations operating complex, high-variance logistics networks where disruption, congestion, and schedule fragility directly impact customer commitments and working capital. The platform continuously fuses real-world signals—including carrier schedule integrity, port and terminal congestion patterns, dwell-time distributions, lane volatility, weather and maritime events, and operational constraints—into a calibrated simulation environment that can stress-test routing decisions before risk becomes reality.
An AI Digital Twin Built for High-Risk Decisioning
Unlike traditional “visibility” tools that report delays after the fact, ETA Sentinel is built as a decision intelligence system: it simulates, predicts, and recommends. At its core is a high-fidelity, probabilistic simulation engine that runs scenario generation and Monte Carlo forecasting across thousands of counterfactual futures to quantify both expected performance and tail-risk.
ETA Sentinel’s optimization layer treats lane selection as a risk-aware network optimization problem, balancing cost-to-serve, service reliability, and OTIF targets under uncertainty. The system uses advanced AI techniques—including graph-based network learning (to model choke points and transshipment dependencies), sequence forecasting (to model delay propagation), and robust optimization (to reduce worst-case outcomes, not just improve averages). The architecture is also designed to be quantum-ready, with optional interfaces for emerging quantum and quantum-inspired solvers for large combinatorial routing and capacity allocation problems.
Two Years of Development and Closed Beta Validation
ETA Sentinel has been developed over the past two years with iterative validation in closed beta environments with John Deere, DHL and other large-scale logistics and manufacturing organizations. These beta programs helped harden ETA Sentinel’s simulation accuracy, decision recommendations, and real-world usability across diverse lanes, carriers, and service-level requirements.
Strategic Investment to Scale a Category-Defining Platform
With Series A funding, ETA Sentinel will expand engineering capacity, deepen signal ingestion and data fusion, and accelerate enterprise deployments across high-volume shippers, forwarders, and logistics operators. Key near-term priorities include expanding the platform’s network coverage, improving explainability and auditability for compliance-driven organizations, and scaling the product’s optimization engine for larger, multi-echelon planning environments.
“Prenue Venture Studios product, ETA Sentinel, represents a step-change in how the trade ecosystem can manage disruption—moving from reactive tracking to proactive, AI-driven planning,” said Nina Escarda of the International Trade Council. “This is the kind of infrastructure innovation the market has been waiting for: defensible technology, measurable operational impact, and a compounding data moat.”
A Defensible Moat by Design
ETA Sentinel’s moat is structural and difficult to replicate:
-
High-fidelity simulation + continuous calibration using real operational outcomes
-
Deep data fusion and entity resolution across fragmented logistics identifiers
-
Prediction-to-decision feedback loops that learn from deployment results
-
Enterprise-grade governance, including monitoring, drift detection, and auditable decision trails
The result is an AI platform purpose-built for high-stakes logistics: fewer OTIF misses, reduced disruption exposure, and better cost reliability—especially in volatile lanes and peak seasons.
About ETA Sentinel
ETA Sentinel is a the cornerstone product owned and developed by Prenue Venture Studios LLC – and is an AI-powered digital twin for trade lanes and logistics planning. It simulates lane disruption, port delays, carrier reliability, and cost-to-serve to recommend routing decisions and predict OTIF impact. The platform combines high-fidelity simulation with real-world signals to help organizations plan proactively, mitigate risk, and improve service reliability at scale.
