Botswana’s Minister of Trade and Industry, Mmusi Kgafela, expressed optimism regarding the stability of the MC13 Draft Ministerial Declaration, highlighting positive engagement among members. He expressed confidence that the text would be ready for consideration and adoption by ministers at the Conference’s closing session.
