With over 20 years of expertise, Patil has established the company’s presence globally, supplying innovative welding solutions to international markets, including the USA, Europe, and the Middle East. PARENTNashik’s superior products, such as spot welding electrodes, shanks, and flexible shunts, have earned widespread recognition for their adherence to international standards.

 

Patil’s entrepreneurial journey began in 2004 when he identified a gap in the automotive industry for high-quality spares. From a modest startup, he expanded the company’s operations, initially serving top Indian automotive brands and later extending to major global players like General Motors and Honda. His strategic foresight, combined with a dedication to innovation, has played a critical role in positioning PARENTNashik as a trusted supplier in the welding industry. Notably, the company supports diversity initiatives, with 50% of its workforce comprising women, underscoring its commitment to empowering women in the MSME sector.

 

In addition to his business achievements, Patil is actively involved in various international platforms, including the International Trade Council, where he contributes as part of the Innovation and Technology Business Council.
