Anuj Sharma – Member of the Business Council for Logistics and Transportation

 

 

Anuj Sharma is the Managing Director at Pushkal Group, which consists of three companies: RightVantage Exim Private Limited, Aarav Multiports Private Limited, and Medevices, where he oversees logistics solutions and agricultural and pharmaceutical exports. With a strong background in international business, Anuj has dedicated his career to optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing export-import activities. His passion for the service industry, combined with a Master’s degree in International Business, has driven his successful career in logistics and trade.

 

Anuj’s entry into the industry was inspired by his desire to creatively apply his skills in service, which led him to roles that challenge and refine his expertise. Notable projects include establishing a back office for a Canadian multinational in India, which significantly contributed to his professional growth. His role as Director involves not only managing logistics but also navigating the complexities of the pharmaceutical business and agricultural exports.

 

Throughout his career, Anuj has witnessed significant changes in the industry, including increased competition and evolving transport dynamics. Current challenges such as rising transport costs, delivery delays, and regulatory hurdles in export-import activities are key areas he addresses. Looking ahead, Anuj sees digitalization, automation, and innovations like automated warehouses, drones, and blockchain as pivotal in shaping the future of logistics.

 

Anuj is actively involved in the Business Council for Logistics and Transportation of the International Trade Council, where he engages with industry peers and contributes to advancing best practices and solutions in logistics. His professional journey is marked by a commitment to overcoming industry challenges and embracing new technologies.

 

Outside of work, Anuj enjoys traveling and engaging in community service, activities that help him stay active and appreciate the outdoors. He is also the Uttar Pradesh State Head for the National Human Rights Welfare Association. He draws inspiration from figures such as Mr. Narendra Modi Ji and Mr. Nitin Gadkari, whose contributions to the field resonate with his own professional values and aspirations.
