Vaibhav Ghadiya, the CEO and Managing Director of COPPEX GROUP OF INDUSTRIES, is an influential leader of the International Trade Council’s Manufacturing Business Council. His educational background, a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University and Parul University, coupled with further studies in International Business and numerous Import-Export Learning Programs, has provided him with a robust foundation to spearhead innovation and development at COPPEX.

 

With over 12 years of experience in Research & Development (R&D) of engineering products and production machinery, Vaibhav’s leadership is underscored by his commitment to leveraging the collective strengths of his team, technology, and manufacturing capabilities to meet and exceed customer expectations.

 

One of the key projects that highlight Vaibhav’s contributions to the industry involves the implementation of high-volume production strategies that significantly reduce idle time, ensuring fast delivery and a zero rejection rate in the production line.
