Usman Khan is the CEO of Dynamic Elevator Services Pakistan (DELSP), a leading company specializing in elevator installation, maintenance, modernization, manufacturing, consultations, and parts supplies. With a career that began as a telephone operator during school vacations, Usman quickly developed an interest in the elevator industry, learning both its technical and commercial aspects. His journey led him to work in Pakistan and later secure a position with KONE in Kuwait, one of the largest global elevator companies. His educational background includes high school, complemented by strong mechanical and computer skills, which have been vital in shaping his success in the industry.
As the head of DELSP, Usman has contributed to key projects such as maintaining high-rise elevators in Pakistan, installing fully automatic elevators, servicing power plants and cement factories, and building internationally experienced teams. He takes great pride in establishing DELSP as one of the best elevator brands in Pakistan, known for its exceptional quality, reliability, and innovative solutions.
Under his leadership, DELSP has embraced evolving trends such as the shift to gearless machines, integrated variable frequency drives, IoT-enabled solutions, and enhanced safety features. Despite the industry’s rapid growth, Usman acknowledges challenges such as attracting skilled talent and addressing the lack of formal elevator regulations in Pakistan.
