Solomon Owusu is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sow Property Consult Limited, an indigenous Ghanaian enterprise he founded in July 2008. As Chief Executive Officer, he directs the strategic vision and daily operations of the employee-owned business, overseeing a portfolio that encompasses heavy haulage, passenger transport, vehicle leasing, real estate, and construction. Under his leadership, the firm has become a vital logistical partner for mining companies, governmental agencies, and manufacturing firms across West Africa.

 

Before establishing his company, Mr Owusu built a robust foundation in administration, development, and finance. His early career included roles as a Development Control Officer at the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly, an administrator at Regalon Estates, and a credit officer at Procredit. These positions equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance, property management, and financial structuring.

 

Mr Owusu holds a Bachelor of Science in Land Economy from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He furthered his expertise by earning a Master’s degree in International Management from the University of Liverpool and a Postgraduate Diploma in Social Housing and Transport Management from Erasmus University in Rotterdam. This academic background underpins his ability to navigate complex logistics and international supply chains.
