Shivam Kumar

Shivam Kumar is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Volga Infosys Private Limited, having served as a Director since its incorporation in May 2020. He leads the enterprise with a clear vision for information technology innovation, overseeing the strategic development of Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Extended Reality (XR) applications that replace traditional training systems with interactive digital experiences.

 

Under Mr Kumar’s leadership, Volga Infosys has delivered over one hundred immersive training modules to more than seventy-five clients across critical sectors such as healthcare, defence, and manufacturing. He advocates for the practical application of AR to create contextual, visual, and interactive support tools, including advanced maintenance manuals. His commitment to technological advancement was officially recognised by the Government of India’s Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade in 2021.

 

Beyond corporate operations, Mr Kumar is deeply involved in technology education. He oversees Volga Academy, an industrial training institution providing specialised instruction and certification in mixed reality and game development. Furthermore, he is a recognised figure within the International Trade Council’s Innovation and Technology Business Council, reflecting his dedication to global trade networks.
