Rosemond Korkor Oracca-Tetteh, is the Chief Executive Officer of Plutus Investment Ltd, a premier Ghanaian investment banking firm. In this capacity, she leads the strategic direction and operations of the firm, overseeing its comprehensive fund management and advisory-based financial services. She is responsible for driving the company’s mission to assist small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and agri-businesses in becoming investor-ready and securing growth capital.
With over two decades of experience in the banking sector, her extensive professional background spans retail banking, corporate banking, pension funds, wealth management, and banking operations. Prior to leading Plutus Investment Ltd, she served as the Head of Private Banking and Wealth Management at First Atlantic Bank, Ghana. She began her career in the financial sector as a Profit Centre Manager at United Bank for Africa, Ghana.
She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Business Administration and an MBA in Finance, and has completed a training programme at the London School of Private Banking.
