With over 30 years of experience in aviation security (AVSEC), airport/airline operations, commercial services, and charter flight management, José has established himself as a respected figure in the industry.

Throughout his career, José has been involved in numerous key projects and initiatives contributing to his success in business. Notable accomplishments include managing air transportation for health personnel on humanitarian aid missions and government officials, as well as participating in a project to create a regional airline providing commercial, private, and cargo charter services.

José takes immense pride in his professional achievements, particularly in his role overseeing the planning and coordination of ground security services for humanitarian missions and managing and training local security personnel who provided services to the flights of American Airlines, when began operations to international airports at a destination in the Caribbean, where the airline had special security requirements.

Reflecting on the industry's evolution, José highlights advancements in aircraft construction technologies, airport infrastructures, and security technologies for passenger and cargo inspection points.
