Isaac Dodzi Mordo
Action on Africa Woman Foundation Ghana
Isaac Dodzi Mordo serves as the Personal Assistant at the Action on Africa Woman Foundation Ghana, a prominent community-driven non-governmental organisation dedicated to gender equality and socio-economic empowerment. In this capacity, Mr Mordo provides critical administrative and operational support to the leadership team, facilitating the coordination of the foundation’s diverse local initiatives and expanding international partnerships. His work is central to ensuring the smooth execution of the organisation’s advocacy, capacity-building, and community development programmes across Ghana.
Operating from the foundation’s headquarters in Tema, Mr Mordo assists in managing cross-border collaborations and global initiatives. This includes supporting the foundation’s engagement with international academic institutions, such as Acharya University in India, and its participation in the United Nations Global Compact. By coordinating the logistics and communications for these high-level engagements, he helps bridge the gap between grassroots community development in Ghana and global economic networks, demonstrating how local capacity building contributes to sustainable international trade and resilient supply chains.
