Tuesday September 25 2018, marks an important day in the history of Hensley&Cook: The company officially opened its office in the Seychelles with the blessing of the office and a ceremony attended by honoured guests from politics, financial authorities, industry and friends. The Seychelles are not only an excellent destination for holidays, but thanks to their efficient and dynamic financial authorities, it has become an important player in the world of corporate services.
The opening of the operation will allow the most efficient processing of corporate services from the South East Asia and African region, including corporate secretarial, inheritance planning, fund administration, accounting, tax, compliance, and payroll services. Hensley&Cook will be regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and holds licenses to establish international business companies, private foundations, act as international trustee, and fund administration.
Strategically located only 4 hours away from Hensley&Cook headquarters in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the new Seychelles office will work in unison with the Dubai office to provide an always-uninterrupted client service.

The office will offer a range of corporate and consultancy services to assist multinationals, entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals setting up operations international and on the ground in Seychelles, augmenting Hensley&Cook’s growth as they enter the new economy. Outsourced corporate services, including accountancy and tax compliance services, will also be offered to local companies.
