New Staff Appointments

The International Trade Council is pleased to announce that three recent appointments have been made in order to strengthen the support of new and existing Trade Council members.

We wish Neil, Peejay and Ron a happy and fruitful time in their new posts.

Neil Guibao

Neil Guibao joins the Council to work primarily in supporting new members with their business introductions, working group participation and direct marketing needs. Neil comes to the Council from an extensive career in business trade development, supporting businesses across Asia and the United States of America. We anticipate that his broad commercial experience and wide variety of connections will be put to good use in his new role.

Peejay Soringa

Peejay Soringa comes to work in the Social Media services team mainly to facilitate the distribution of members press releases, events and function information and assist in growing the social media presence of members. Peejay his an energetic and creative individual who comes with vast social media experience of driving online engagement through platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr and a variety of blogging, web conferencing and social bookmarking sites.

RonP

Ron Percival has recently started to work with the Council in the role of Foreign Market Analyst – with a major focus on organising outbound trade missions and outbound international visits for Council members. Ron has strong management, communication and interpersonal skills and is experienced in market research, negotiating and closing deals, preparation of events, service desk personnel scheduling, managing global transportation of personnel and freight; and working with private businesses, trade publications, convention bureaus, chambers of commerce and government agencies.
