Q: How did you get started in this business?

The business was family owned, but I ventured out in 1996 as I was more keen on developing markets with OEM & Exports.

Q: Can you describe your customers / what type of customers do you have?

Within India we are supplying to OEMS ( Engineering & Automobile Industry) and for the export market we are currently supplying to automotive consumable wholesalers in EU & UK.

Q: What are some of your “keys to success” in building your customer base?

Quality & understanding the needs of customers.

Q: Is there anything about your business that you feel makes it special?

In terms of quality we are in the top 5. We are ready to take any new challenging jobs & make sure that we complete the job to the customers satisfaction.

Q: Where do you see your business in the next year? In the next five years? In the next ten years?

2017-18 should be around 10{bfa08a400c7550404055ff04715e84c9172815d33c25eb3b84e230636ecdc007} growth and the target for 2022-23 will be around 150{bfa08a400c7550404055ff04715e84c9172815d33c25eb3b84e230636ecdc007} + the current turnover. We are looking to expand to the United States of America & Australia and this should help us with the targets we are looking for.
