Q: How did you get started in this business?
I have been in the healthcare and wellness industry for over 20 years. I have always had a passion for helping others realize the amazing potential of their bodies and how improving their health can dramatically improve their quality of life. As I evolved in the business, while my passion for helping individuals remains, I now have a passion for helping employers realize the amazing potential of a happy, healthy workforce – and the tremendous impact it can have on the organization’s bottom line.
Q: Can you describe your customers / what type of customers do you have?
Health and well-being knows no bounds, so I enjoy working with organizations of different sizes and across various demographics. Having experience with very small organizations (50 employees) to large corporations (50,000+), the rewards of successful outcomes are different for every organization, but are definitely present nonetheless. Self-funded employer groups are ideal customers – healthcare strategy and savings have a direct, positive impact on their organization and workforce. I also enjoy working with municipalities and first responder groups – ensuring maximum health of these key figures is paramount, and delivering savings for the communities is always a bonus.
Q: What are some of your “keys to success” in building your customer base?
Relationships and trust, with an obvious passion for what I do. Healthcare and finances are very personal issues – for both employer and employee. Handling these projects with the respect and attention they deserve is something I take pride in. Healthcare strategy is a customized solution for every employer – much like a personal health and improvement plan is different for each individual. Recognizing this need, conceptualizing the right solution and ultimately delivering value and successful outcomes that can be measured ensure employers feel confident that I can get this very difficult job done.

My past experiences and accomplishments have laid a solid foundation for a successful future, both short and long-term. As I continue to grow as a healthcare strategist and executive, I intend to put the power back in the hands of as many organizations as possible, helping them develop powerful healthcare strategies that promote sustainability. My reputation will continue to spread, securing my position as one of the most valued outsourced executives and board members that employers can turn to for prosperity and longevity in regards to healthcare.
