Hensley&Cook has obtained a new certification of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 10002:2018 Customer Satisfaction, and ISO 31000:2018 Risk Management from Con Cert Quality Management (CCQM) of Switzerland. This certification is awarded to both the offices of Hensley&Cook Management Services DMCC in the United Arab Emirates, and Hensley&Cook Limited in the Seychelles.
This is the direction and vision of Hensley&Cook and is the first time that a company in the Financial Services Industry in the Seychelles has obtained such a certification. The Audit was carried out by Con Cert Quality Management (CCQM) of Switzerland in MEA.
As a company that now holds such an accreditation, this will offer more confidence in our service delivery. “The standard is vital for corporate services companies to provide their customers with a reliable statement on the management and controls on the processes of the customers” a message delivered by the Managing Director of Hensley&Cook.
