The first step in registering a company in Tajikistan is to choose the type of company you wish to register. The most common types are:

Step 2: Choose a company name
Before registering your company, you'll need to choose a suitable name. The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade has guidelines for acceptable names. As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, an online portal for checking company name availability was not available.
Step 3: Prepare the required documents
