Emelia Nana Ama Hanson is the CEO and a Founding Partner of Sawtel Ghana Ltd, a telecommunications manufacturing company in Ghana. Emelia has 26 years of enterprenuerial, consulting and financial analysis experience. As a senior consultant in the New York office of Deloitte & Touche, Emelia served a wide variety of energy, financial, health and manufacturing clients both nationally and internationally; providing services in the areas of regulatory reporting, market and credit risk. In addition, Emelia’s prior work experience includes complex analyses projects for interest rate swaps, mortgaged-backed securities, financial analysis and planning. She acquired her hands-on experience working for a variety of financial and energy companies in the African sub-continent, Western Europe and North America on both short and long term projects.
